PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic which hardly damages the hair, can impart a straight hair shape or a curled hair shape semi-permanently or permanently and can impart a soft touch to the hair ater treatment.SOLUTION: There is provided a one-component type or a multi-agent type hair cosmetic which comprises the following components (A) to (D), wherein the content of the component (C) is 0.1 mass% or more and less than 20 mass% based on the total composition of the hair cosmetic.
