PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleanser which is satisfactory in foaming and foam quality (creaminess), excellent in moisturizing effect of imparting a moist feeling after dried with a towel and excellent in stability with time.SOLUTION: There is provided a skin cleanser which comprises (A) a higher fatty acid salt, (B) a hydrocarbon oil which is solid or semisolid at 30°C, (C) a hydroxypropyl starch phosphate, (D) one or two or more selected from an acrylic acid-alkyl methacrylate copolymer and an alkyl acrylate copolymer and (E) water and further (F) a polyhydric alcohol.
