PURPOSE: An anti-inflammatory analgesic agent using myrrh is provided to minimize side effect and to improve treatment effect through antibacterial function. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an anti-inflammatory analgesic agent using myrrh comprises: a step of mixing the myrrh, Achyranthes, polyporus, Taraxaci Herba and Chinese quince to prepare a solid mixture； a step of mixing the solid mixture with 1-5 times weight of water and extracting at 4 Deg. C. for 48 hours； and a step of separating mixture into the solid and liquid and forming the agent of liquid phase.
