An in-ear device (210, 210') provides advanced communication to the user thereof, for allowing a natural speech voice (NSV) of the user to be transmitted to a telecommunication transmission link (TTL). The NSV is digitally obtained for a combination of the user's voice captured by both an internal microphone (Min) and an external microphone (Mout) of the in-ear device, in order to produce a clearer and more acoustically natural voice. The present invention also contemplates a method of operation of the in-ear device (210, 210').
