The invention relates to a broad-spectrum antiseptic solution diluted in 1000ml of 0.9% isotonic sterile solution, to which is added 50g of bicarbonate powder until fully dissolved. Subsequently, 100ml of sodium hypochlorite is added at a concentration of 5%, until fully dissolved. Next, 15ml of chloramphenicol ophthalmic solution is added at a concentration of 5mg/ml. If the wound is very infected and damaged, 50ml of colourless, pure liquid soap is added. The aforementioned concentrations can be varied depending on the requirements of the wound to which it is to be applied. In addition, the frequency and period of use are also taken into account. The aim of the invention is to create a broad-spectrum antiseptic solution which is totally different from those available on the market for use in human and veterinary medicine and which could replace these products since it provides improved results owing to the mode of action and the mixture of components which, when dissolved in 0.9% isotonic saline solution, can more easily penetrate tissues, impregnating the cells of the tissue affected by the wound to be treated, without causing damage to said cells since the base is isotonic and does not induce cell death as happens with normal water. Moreover, the components are not as damaging, aggressive or toxic to cell tissues with which they come into contact, as is the case with other existing water-based antiseptic solutions. The above-mentioned components, which have never been mixed together for the same or a similar purpose, form a very broad-spectrum antiseptic solution, rendering same very effective for wounds infected by any colonising bacteria, parasite or fungus. Said colourless, pure liquid soap is essential for very severe wounds with a lot of dead tissue and pus or foreign bodies that require a soap solution in order to improve debridement during asepsis and antisepsis.La presente invención trata de dos soluciones antisépticas que favorecen la cicatrización de l
