The purpose of the notification is to prepare the media for aquatic macrophytes from the Lemnaceae family. This is characterised by the fact that the substrate in the form of a aqueous solution of effluents after oxygen-free fermentation with the production of biogas with the dry substance concentration 0,1 -10% is ozonated using 0,01 -10 parts of the heavy ozone on 100-parts of the heavy substrate, at temperature 0-50 oC.Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób przygotowania mediów do hodowli makrofitów wodnych z rodziny Lemnaceae. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że podłoże w postaci roztworu wodnego odcieków po fermentacji beztlenowej towarzyszącej produkcji biogazu o stężeniu suchej substancji 0,1 - 10% poddaje się ozonowaniu stosując 0,01 - 10 części wagowych ozonu na 100 części wagowych podłoża, w temperaturze 0 - 50°C.
