The present invention relates to a method and program for early detection of sepsis based on deep learning. The method for early detection of sepsis based on deep learning according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps performed by a computer: acquiring N feature data sets within a unit time before a reference time point (S200)； inputting the feature data sets to a sepsis detection model (S400)； and providing a sepsis occurrence prediction result of a specific prediction time point (S600).
