PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid positional interference between an X-ray generator used in an X-ray examination and an illumination light source illuminating a surgical field and to prevent the illumination light source from being an obstacle to a setting of an X-ray radiation field of the X-ray generator.SOLUTION: An astral lamp device includes: a plurality of illumination light sources 104 for emitting light from different directions toward a subject P an X-ray irradiation device 103 for emitting an X-ray toward the subject P an X-ray detection device 501 for detecting the X-ray emitted from the X-ray irradiation device 103 and passing through the subject P an image processing part 604 for producing an X-ray image from the X-ray detected by the X-ray detection device 501 and a support part for supporting the plurality of the illumination light sources 104 and the X-ray irradiation device 103.
