PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work machine that can improve theft prevention effect of a GPS module and stably install the GPS module.SOLUTION: A work machine includes: a travelling machine body 2 provided with an engine 4 and an engine hood 50 covering the engine 4 position calculation means 61 for receiving information from the outside of the work machine and calculating positional information on the travelling machine body 2 on the basis of the information and transmission means 62 for transmitting the positional information on the travelling machine body 2 calculated by the position calculation means 61 to an information terminal 100 outside the work machine.
