PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel paramylon aqueous dispersion and cell proliferation promoter that can express the effect of active ingredient of paramylon in vivo.SOLUTION: Provided is a paramylon aqueous dispersion containing at least (A) paramylon, (B) one or more kind fibers selected from anion-modified cellulose nanofiber, cellulose nanofiber, chitin nanofiber, and chitosan nanofiber, and (C) water ingredient. The ratio between the component (A) and the component (B) is (A)/(B)=1 to 200.
