The present invention relate to a composition for softening fruit production bags. In an attempt to increase moisture content ratio of the fruit protection bag (100) and also to softening the same, the composition of the present invention comprises a liquid composition (110) obtained by adding 30-75 parts by weight of a humectant and residual water with respect to the total weight of the composition (110), and then stirring the same thereafter. The humectant contains aqueous sorbitol solution obtained by mixing 70+/- parts by weight of sorbitol and 30+/- parts by weight of water. Applied to the fruit protection bags, the composition softens lipid, allowing an inlet part (101) to be more closed attached to a bough when storing fruits.본 발명은 과일보호봉지 연화용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 과일보호봉지(100)의 함습률을 높이고 연질화하도록 조성물(110)의 총중량에 대해서 습윤제 30~75중량부와 잔량 물을 첨가하여 혼합 교반한 액상 조성물(110)로 이루어지고； 상기 습윤제는 소르비톨 70±3중량부와 물 30±3중량부를 혼합한 소르비톨수용액으로 이루어지는 것을 포함하여 구성함에 따라 과일보호봉지에 도포할 경우 지질을 연질화하여 과일의 수용시 입구부(101)를 가지에 더욱 밀접하게 결속할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
