PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an artificial bone using an extrusion, an electro spinning, and a slurry process is provided to enhance biocompatibility, thereby being applicable in various medical fields. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an artificial bone using an extrusion, an electro spinning, and a slurry process comprises the following steps: manufacturing a cylindrical shaped periostium by extruding Hap(hydroxyapatite)(F); forming a compact substance by electro spinning a mixture of PS(polystyrene) and PCL(polycaprolactone); manufacturing a trabecular bone with mixed slurry(B) of PLGA(lactic-glycolic acid) and PCL(poIycaprolactone). The process of manufacturing periostium comprises the following steps: manufacturing a core with carbon, EVA(ethylene vinyl acetate), and steric acid; mixing Hap, EVA stearic acid; manufacturing a cell covering core; and eliminating the carbon component through a combustion process.본 발명에 따른 인공골 제조방법은, 하이드록시아파타이트(HAp; hydroxyapatite)를 압출하여 실린더 형상의 골막을 제조하는 공정; 폴리스티렌(PS; polystyrene)과 폴리카프로락톤(PCL; polycaprolactone) 혼합물을 전기방사하여 치밀골을 형성하는 공정; 및 폴리카프로락톤(PCL)과 락트-글리콜산(PLGA; lactic-glycolic acid)의 혼합 슬러리로 해면골을 제조하는 공정을 포함하며, 상기 인공골의 제조방법은 간단한 제조공정을 통해 인체의 거부반응이 없는 인공골을 제조가 가능하다.
