The present invention relates to cultivation of small-scale differentiation plants using plant factory in which light-emitting device (LED) is installed on some portions on plant cultivation area. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for installing and managing low cost LED plant factory for small-scale differentiation cultivation. To this end, LED consuming 70% of costs for installation of closed LED plant factory is reduced in half for industrialization of the plant factory for small-scale differentiation cultivation, and water culture system is installed in a form of mat-type watering system, thereby bringing reduction in costs for construction of plant factory.
