PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical cosmetic apparatus for body hair in which an influence on skin by irradiation of light hardly occurs and which can suppress growth of body hair including pheomelanin.SOLUTION: An optical cosmetic apparatus for body hair 10 has: a first irradiation function for radiating first irradiation light ZA and a second irradiation function for radiating second irradiation light ZB. In the first irradiation light ZA, an integral value of intensity in a wavelength range of 400 nm-800 nm is larger than the integral value of intensity in the wavelength range of 400 nm-800 nm in the second irradiation light ZB.
