PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a conventional OCT apparatus has difficulty in high accuracy synchronization as it has a k trigger generation part and a measurement system to acquire an interference light having the information of an object separated, so that it has to send a trigger signal for sampling from the k trigger generation part to the measurement system, which tends to accumulate timing errors by a large number of electric devices.SOLUTION: An OCT apparatus includes: a light source part which changes the light wavelength an interference optical system which branches the light from the light source into an irradiation light to be irradiated to an object and a reference light, and generates an interference light by the reflection light of the light irradiated to the object and the reference light a light detection part which receives the interference light and an information acquisition part which acquires the information of the object on the basis of the time waveform of the intensity of the interference light. It also has a wavelength selector which is provided on the light path between the light source part and the light detection part, and has a wavelength selection characteristics of an equal wave number interval.
