PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant activation apparatus, a plant activation method and a water purification apparatus with which attention is paid to effect of bioactivity of microbubble and which is based on the knowledge in experimental result of actualization of growth promotion of Eichhornia crassipes being one of aquatic plants by using the effect. SOLUTION: The plant activation apparatus is equipped with a plant whose rhizome is immersed in water, a setting means to set the plant and a microbubble generation apparatus for supplying microbubbles to the rhizome of the plant.
