PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroponics method and hydroponics device, which prevents iron and manganese contained in a culture liquid from being oxidized and being insoluble. SOLUTION: The hydroponics method includes steps of: A of generating ozone from air or oxygen; B of supplying the ozone to the culture liquid stored in a culture liquid tank; C of supplying a chelating agent to the culture liquid; and D of supplying the culture liquid to which the chelating agent is added to a culture shelf where plants are arranged.
