Disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising three antiviral compounds. In particular, the pharmaceutical composition comprises an effective amount of verpatasvir, an effective amount of sofosbuvir and an effective amount of bocillaprevir. Likewise, methods of using the pharmaceutical compositions are also disclosed. In one aspect, the verpatasvir is formulated as a solid dispersion comprising verpatasvir dispersed within a polymer matrix formed by the pharmaceutically acceptable polymer A. In another aspect, polymer A is hydrophilic.
