The present invention relates to novel combinations suitable for the treatment of dyskinesia associated with dopamine agonist therapy in Parkinsons Disease, which comprise, as active ingredients, at least one low molecular weight nicotinic acetylcholine receptor alpha 7 activator and at least one low molecular weight metabotropic glutamate receptor 5 antagonist to their preparation to their use as medicaments and to medicaments comprising them.
