Provided is a dh-ECM manufacturing method, comprising the steps of: (A) dropping cells from a cell sheet using a nonionic dropping solution to obtain a decellularized human extracellular matrix (dh-ECM) sheet； (B) removing the nonionic dropping solution from the obtained dh-ECM sheet, washing the dh-ECM sheet with phosphate buffer saline, and immersing the washed dh-ECM sheet in phosphate buffered saline containing sucrose； (C) freeze drying the dh-ECM sheet in which sucrose is immersed； and (D) powdering the freeze-dried dh-ECM sheet.(A) 비이온성 탈락 용액을 이용하여 세포시트에서 세포를 탈락시켜 탈세포화된 세포외기질(Decellularized human Extracellular matrix, dh-ECM) 시트를 수득하는 단계； (B) 상기 수득된 dh-ECM 시트에서 비이온성 탈락 용액을 제거하고, 인산 완충 생리 식염수(phosphate buffer saline)로 dh-ECM 시트를 세척한 후, 세척된 dh-ECM 시트를 수크로스(sucrose)가 함유된 인산 완충 생리 식염수에 침지시키는 단계； (C) 상기 수크로스(sucrose)가 침지된 dh-ECM 시트를 동결 건조시키는 단계； 및 (D) 상기 동결 건조된 dh-ECM 시트를 분말화 하는 단계；를 포함하는 dh-ECM 제조 방법이 제공된다.
