The washing mechanism (12) comprises a drive component installed within the excreta collecting trough (11), and a washing rod (121) connected to the drive component. A water channel (1211) is provided within the washing rod (121). A water outlet (1212) and a water inlet (1213) of the water channel are provided on the washing rod (121). The water inlet (1213) is connected to a water source.
