The present invention provides a rail probe which includes a moving rail； a pad including the rail； a probe part moving along the rail, making contact with a target measuring point, and including a probe； a control part for moving the rail and controlling the probe part to move along the rail； and a driving part driven by the control part to move the rail and move the probe part corresponding to the moving rail.
