PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable inhaler for a powdery preparation, capable of reducing a manufacturing cost and a cost required for disposing of waste the inhaler and storing a necessary and sufficient dose of the powdery preparation.SOLUTION: The inhaler includes: a hollow body 10 long in front and rear a rotating cylinder 20 to be relatively rotatably coupled to the rear of the body 10 and a cap 30 to be attached to the rear of the rotating cylinder 20. In the body, a partitioning plate with an air hole is formed on an intermediate portion, a suction portion 51 is formed on the front of the partitioning plate and an air opening 62 is formed on the outer circumference of the rear. The rotating cylinder has a cylinder member 22 inserted into the rear of the body 10, a front plate 21 with opening closing hole 64 provided on the rear end of the cylindrical member and an opening closing port formed on the outer circumference of the rear of the cylindrical member, and can be set at a standby position and a usage position by being regularly or oppositely rotated.
