PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the work time at a site and enable replacement with a reliably disinfected filter.SOLUTION: A maintenance method for a filter of an air conditioner comprises preparing a filter for replacement in advance, removing a used filter from an air conditioner at a site, attaching the filter for replacement to the air conditioner at the site, taking the used filter back to a factory, washing the used filter with water and drying, disinfecting the used filter with an alcohol liquid in the factory, irradiating the used filter with UV ray light for a specified time in a closely sealed disinfection chamber of the factory, inspecting whether or not the number of microorganisms present in the used filter is greater than a specified reference value by an ATP inspection instrument, providing a used filter having passed the inspection as a filter for replacement and storing and preparing the filter for replacement in a closely sealed sterile room of the factory.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】現場での作業時間を短縮できると共に、確実に殺菌したフィルターに交換できるようにすること。【解決手段】予め交換用フィルターを準備し、現場で、空調機から使用済みフィルターを取り外し、現場で、空調機に交換用フィルターを取り付け、使用済みフィルターを工場に持ち帰り、工場で、使用済みフィルターを水で洗浄して乾燥し、工場で、使用済みフィルターをアルコール液で除菌し、工場の密閉された殺菌室で、紫外線光を使用済みフィルターに所定時間だけ照射し、使用済みフィルターに存在する菌が所定基準値よりも少ないか否かを、ATP検査器で検査し、この検査結果に合格した使用済みフィルターを交換用フィルターとし、工場の密閉された無菌保管室で、交換用フィルターを保管して準備する。【選択図】図1
