The present invention related to a raising wheelchair, and more particularly to such a wheelchair which has wheeled frame and a raising system which includes a seat and the backrest. The present invented raising wheel chair is mostly used for disabled persons of the type including a support frame, a seat surface, a foot rest, and/or a seat backrest, and a mechanism to raise and lower the seat. The present invention consists with supporting pipe/rod (5), the pipe/rod (1), main side farm (3), the adjustable wheel mount plates (4), hinge (2, 7,8, 14), foot rest (6), slider (9), L shape link (10), link (11), back rest pipe (12), the connecting pipes (13) and the castor wheel mount (15).
