The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing snoring and bruxism. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a body installed to cover teeth on the lower jaw； and a support body comprising at least one support protruding from the body and a support pad fixed on an upper end of the support and touching and supporting gums on the upper jaw. The support has a regular incline on the surface so that the under jaw is located at the front.
