The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising ribonucleic acid and a Schisandra chinensis extract as active ingredients. The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition capable of inhibiting the activity of ribonucleic acid decomposing enzyme (RNase) which promotes decomposition of ribonucleic acid by comprising the Schisandra chinensis extract with ribonucleic acid. According to the present invention, in the formulation comprising the Schisandra chinensis extract, an effect of the micro ribonucleic acid can be maximized by enhancing the stability of the microRNA having excellent anti-aging activity and whitening activity. The Schisandra chinensis extract of the present invention can be effectively used for preservation of ribonucleic acid in cosmetics comprising ribonucleic acid such as micro ribonucleic acid.본 발명은 리보핵산 및 오미자 추출물을 유효 성분으로 함유하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 오미자 추출물을 리보핵산과 함께 포함시킴으로써, 리보핵산의 분해를 촉진하는 리보핵산 분해효소(RNase)의 활성을 억제할 수 있는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 오미자 추출물을 함유하는 제형에서는 항노화 활성 및 미백 활성이 우수한 마이크로 리보핵산의 안정성을 높여줌으로써 마이크로 리보핵산의 효과를 극대화시킬 수 있다. 본 발명의 오미자 추출물은 마이크로 리보핵산과 같은 리보핵산이 포함된 화장품에서 리보핵산의 보존에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
