The present invention relates to a platelet aggregation inhibitor containing a Schizandra chinensis seed extract as an active ingredient. More specifically, the present invention relates to a strong platelet aggregation inhibitor using a Schizandra chinensis seed ethanol extract and a lipid soluble hexene fragment thereof as active ingredients. The Schizandra chinensis seed extract as an active ingredient of a platelet aggregation inhibitor of the present invention shows a strong anti-aggregation activity by an effect in inhibiting the aggregation of platelets which initiates thrombogenesis. The extract has excellent thermal stability, and an activity of inhibiting platelet aggregation is not severely reduced even in acidic conditions of pH 2 and in plasma. The extract is processed into various forms such as liquids, powder, pills, and tablets to be always dosed.
