PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which transmits and receives image and audio communication between a rescue scene and a rescue response center.SOLUTION: A defibrillator or monitoring system may comprise a defibrillator, video cameras, a data collection unit, a communications unit, and a processing unit. Video cameras A and B are configured to acquire a videos 404 and 406 of a subject 408 being treated by the defibrillator. The data collection unit is configured to collect data associated with the subject.
