PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe having a structure enabling achieving injection of an appropriate injection objective substance.SOLUTION: A syringe includes: a nozzle part including a flow channel in which an injection objective substance compressed with a piston flows, and injecting the injection objective substance to an injection object region from the opening end of the flow channel and a nozzle holder fixed to a housing in a state of holding the nozzle part. Before energy is generated by a drive part for injecting the injection objective substance, in the piston held in the route of the piston holder, a housing space for housing the injection objective substance is formed on the advancing direction side of the piston.
