PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pack cosmetic having a high water absorption and humectant function, dissolving collagen quickly and imparting it into a skin.
SOLUTION: This pack cosmetic consists of a substrate fiber without being dissolved in water and having water absorbency, and a fibrous sheet containing dissolvable collagen fibers having &le0.5 pH isoionic point, and by using the substrate fiber and dissolvable collagen fiber, a fibrous sheet such as a woven fabric, a nonwoven fabric, a hair-planted cloth, etc., can be prepared. The fibrous sheet may contain a non-water soluble binder resin, and it is blended as particle or fiber forms and point-bonds the substrate fibers to each other. The quickly dissolvable collagen fiber is obtained by ejecting/spinning the dissolvable aqueous collagen solution (A) into an organic solvent (S1) in a filament like state, stretching the obtained dissolvable collagen fiber (F) and immersing in a hydrophilic organic solvent (S2).
