PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brain function measuring device which detects a brain magnetic field and living body scattered light with higher sensitivity and more easily than before.SOLUTION: By fixing a light transmission probe 120a and a light reception probe 120b to recessed sections 122a, b formed in the surface of a cryostat 110 for cooling and holding a SQUID fluxmeter 100 through elastic members 121a, b that extend and contract in a light detection direction, the cryostat can approach within a distance of 5 mm or less from the scalp of a subject while the light transmission/reception probes are in contact with the scalp. Moreover, the SQUID fluxmeter and the light transmission/reception probes are disposed so as not to interfere with each other and so that the signal intensity of a brain magnetic field and living organism scattered light becomes maximum.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】脳磁場および生体散乱光を従来よりも高感度かつ簡易に検出する脳機能計測装置を提供する。【解決手段】光送信プローブ120aおよび光受信プローブ120bを、光検出方向に伸縮する弾性部材121a,bを介して、SQUID磁束計100を冷却保持するクライオスタット110表面に形成された凹部122a,bに固定することにより、光送受信プローブを被験者の頭皮に接触させた状態でクライオスタットを頭皮から5mm以内の距離に近づけることを可能とした。さらに、SQUID磁束計と光送受信プローブの配置を、互いに干渉せず、かつ脳磁場および生体散乱光の信号強度が最大となるようにした。【選択図】図1
