PURPOSE: A complex produced by a polycaprolactone biopolymer/bioactive glass spherical particle complex production method is provided to be used in various fields of bone histology as the complex has excellent mechanical property and biological characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A complex produced by a polycaprolactone biopolymer/bioactive glass spherical particle complex production method comprises a bioactive glass spherical particle and a biopolymer. The porosity of the spherical particle complex is 11-19%. Bioactive glass includes a mixture of tetraethyl orthosilicate, triethylphosphate, and calcium nitrate. The biopolymer is polycaprolactone(PCL), polylactic acid(PLA), or polylactic glycolc acid (PLGA). The production method of the biopolymer/bioactive glass spherical particle complex includes producing complex slurry by mixing a bioactive glass spherical particle and the biopolymer into a solvent, and removing the solvent in the complex slurry.
