A kit for extracting drug residues from livestock and poultry aquatic products according to the present disclosure includes a tube, a first mixed powder layer and a second mixed powder layer. The tube has an output port at the bottom thereof and an input port at the top thereof for inputting a sample solution. The first mixed powder layer is in the form of powder and filled in the tube. The first mixed powder layer contains anhydrous sodium sulfate powder and sodium chloride powder. The second mixed powder layer is in the form of powder and filled in the tube. The second mixed powder layer is located below the first mixed powder layer and above the output port. The second mixed powder layer contains anhydrous sodium sulfate powder and C18 powder.
