A breathing mask device for administering a breathable gas is provided and includesa body structure (1) that is sealed against a contact surface of a usersface, a sealing lip device (2) that in combination with the body- structure inpart defines a breathing mask interior (I) , a gel structure (3) for at least intermittentand partial transmission of the retention forces, acting on the body structure,to the users face area, and a gel material defining the gel structure isreceived in a gel receiving chamber defined at least in part by an elasticallydeformable receiving wall (5) . The elastomer material intended for formingthe receiving wall is integrally formed onto a wall portion of the breathing maskdevice, and is lifted or separated from this wall portion to form the gel receivingchamber.
