PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil sterilization apparatus that can reduce its maintenance cost as well as its manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A soil sterilization apparatus 1 transports soil while stirring it and at the same time gives it heat treatment with hot blast or steam. In the apparatus, stirring transport members 6 formed by fixing a plurality of blade members 62 with nearly equal spaces apart in a longitudinal direction of a support rod 61, are fastened with screws on the internal wall surface of a revolving drum 2 in parallel at roughly equal intervals in the circumferential direction.
