A multiple surface bone anchor system for fixation treatment is provided. The system can include a bone fastener. The bone fastener may include a head and a second end adapted to engage an anatomical structure. The bone fastening tool can extend along the longitudinal axis. The system may also include a coupling device coupled to the head of the bone fastener, wherein the bone fastener is rotatable around the longitudinal axis and defines a first motion plane. The system can further include a saddle that can be coupled to the coupling device. The saddle may be movable relative to at least one of the bone fasteners and the coupling device to define a second motion plane.
