PURPOSE: A Streptomyces hygroscopicus subsp. enhygrus strain with an antibacterial activity and a method for manufacturing an antibiotic material are provided to prevent anthracnose. CONSTITUTION: A Streptomyces hygroscopicus subsp. enhygrus strain(deposit number KACC91654P) has an antibacterial activity against plant pathogenic fungi. A method for manufacturing an antibiotic material with an antibacterial activity comprises: a step of extracting the strain, a spore, a mixture thereof, or a culture medium of the strain with butanol； and a step of isolating and purifying niphimycin from the butanol extract. A composition for preventing plant pathogenic fungi contains niphimycin as an active ingredient. A method for preventing plant pathogenic fungi comprises a step of treating a plant or soil with the strain, a spore, a mixture thereof, and a culture medium thereof.본 발명은 식물병원성 진균인 고추 탄저병균 등에 대해 항균효과를 가지는 항생물질인 니피마이신을 생성, 분비하는 스트렙토마이세스 하이그로스코피쿠스 subsp. 인하이그루스 균주 KP6107 (Streptomyces hygroscopicus subsp. enhygrus strainKP6107) 및 이 균주로부터 생산되는 항생물질의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기한 본 발명에 의하면 자연환경에서의 미생물에 의한 생분해성이 큰 환경친화적 살균제 조성물을 제공하는 효과가 있고, 피해 효과가 크고 방제하기 힘든 병원균인 콜레토트리쿰 코코데스가 일으키는 고추 탄저병 등에 대한 방제 효과가 있어 식물병 방제산업상 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
