The present disclosure relates generally to methods of treating gonorrhea infections using quinolone antibiotics. In one aspect, methods of treating a Neisseria gonococcus infection in a patient in need thereof, the method comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of an antibiotic compound otherwise contraindicated for treating said infection are disclosed herein.
