The cover 21 includes an outer cylinder part 22 with an endless cylindrical shape, a flange cover part 25 provided at one end "a" of the outer cylinder part 22, and an engaging part provided at the other end "b". The outer cylinder part 22 includes an aperture 24 for drawing out a fishing line, and a fishing line fixing part 31 for fixing the drawn-out fishing line.
