PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for suppressing delay of transmission processing of X-ray image data even though a communication speed between an X-ray photographing apparatus and an image processor drops during X-ray photographing.SOLUTION: A medical X-ray image processing system 1 includes: an X-ray photographing apparatus 2 which performs such an X-ray photographing that an X-ray generator 11 and an X-ray detector 21 are moved relatively to a subject M1 and which includes a transmission part 25 for transmitting a series of X-ray image data acquired by the X-ray detector 21 during X-ray photographing and an image processor 3 including a reception part 31 for receiving a series of X-ray image data, and a display part 81 for displaying during X-ray photographing, an X-ray image shown by the X-ray image data received by the reception part 31. The transmission part 25 transmits untransmitted X-ray image data while lowering at least one between time resolution and space resolution when the transmission quantity of the X-ray image data with respect to the acquisition quantity of the X-ray image data drops when each transmission to the reception part 31 is completed during X-ray photographing.
