The invention relates to a head unit for applying waves of electrocosmetic and/or medical electrotherapy equipment, in particular a head unit (1) of the type that applies various types of waves - light, sound, electromagnetic, or others - which, as they pass, raise the temperature of the tissue which they cross, controlled from the control module of the equipment to which it connects via wires (2) or wirelessly, which comprises a vibrating device (3) which, when using the head unit (1) to apply said waves, generates vibrations in the area of the skin to be treated. The preferred vibration frequency of the vibrating device (3) is between 5 and 400 Hz.
