The technical objective of the present invention is to provide a dental panorama imaging apparatus which enables an operator and a patient to easily and conveniently examine X-ray by allowing the patient to watch a laser beam irradiated to the face of the patient. To achieve the objective, the dental panorama imaging apparatus having a hand frame thereon includes a reflector which is installed to a support provided on the end portion of the hand frame to reflect the face of the patient, wherein the reflector has a reflective surface for showing the face of the patient thereon. According to the present invention, a sense of tension or fear which the patient may feel when X-raying the patient can be reduced by allowing the patient to correct the posture while watching the laser beam irradiated to the face of the patient at the time of X-raying with the configuration. Also, the time and effort required for the X-raying can be reduced by easily transmitting instructions for correcting the posture of the patient from the point of view of the operator who X-rays the patient using the dental panorama imaging apparatus.본 발명은 수진환자가 자신의 얼굴에 조사되는 레이저 빔을 볼 수 있게 하여 오퍼레이터 및 수진환자 모두가 편안하고 쉽게 치아 엑스선 촬영을 할 수 있는 파노라마 촬영장치를 제공하는 것을 기술적 과제로 한다.본 발명은 전술한 과제를 해결하기 위해, 핸드프레임을 구비하는 파노라마 촬영장치에 있어서,핸드프레임의 단부에 형성되는 받침대에 수진환자의 얼굴이 반사될 수 있도록 설치되는 반사장치를 포함하며, 상기 반사장치에는 수진환자의 얼굴을 볼 수 있는 반사면이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명은 전술한 구성으로 인해 수진환자가 치아 엑스선 촬영 시 자신의 얼굴에 비추어진 레이저 빔을 보면서 자세를 교정할 수 있게 함으로써 수진환자가 촬영시 느끼게 되는 긴장감이나 공포감을 감소시키는 장점을 가진다. 또한, 파노라마 촬영장치를 이용하여 엑스선 촬영을 수행하는 오퍼레이터 입자에서도 수진환자의 자세교정을 위해 지시사항의 전달이 용이하게 됨으로써 촬영에 소요되는 시간 및 노력이 절감되는 잇점을 가지게 된다.
