PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthodontic implant structure implantable without requiring an incisional operation even if the distance between screws is not fixed or screws are not parallel, firmly securable without looseness, and permitting attachment/detachment of an upper structure without extracting an implant.SOLUTION: The implant structure 1 comprises the upper structure 10 with an insertion hole 10e a pair of screws 2 having a head male screw part 21, a hexagonal engagement part 22, a locking ring 23 and an implanting screw part 24 and a base plate 3 having a projecting male screw part 31 with a first engagement hole 32 and a second engagement hole 33 to be engaged with the hexagonal engagement part 22. The screws 2 are implanted in a bone, and the first engagement hole 32 is engaged with the hexagonal engagement part 22. Then, a first nut 4 is screwed with the head male screw part 21, the projecting male screw part 31 is inserted into the insertion hole 10e, and a second nut 5 is screwed onto the projecting male screw part 31.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】切開手術が不要で、且つスクリュー間の距離が一定でなくても平行でなくても埋め込むことができ、しかも緩みがなく強固に固定でき、またインプラントを抜き出すことなく、上部構造体を着脱できるようにした。【解決手段】インプラント構造1は、挿通穴10eを有する上部構造体10と、頭部雄ねじ部21と、係合六角部22と、係止リング23と、埋込みねじ部24とが形成された一対のスクリュー2と、係合六角部22に係合する第1係合穴32及び第2係合穴33を形成させた突出雄ねじ部31を有するベースプレート3とを備えている。両スクリュー2を骨に埋め込み、係合六角部22に第1係合穴32を係合させて頭部雄ねじ部21に第1ナット4を螺合させ、突出雄ねじ部31に挿通穴10eを挿通させ、突出雄ねじ部31に第2ナット5を螺合させている。【選択図】図2
