CONSTITUTION: A structure for implant covers the top of the fixture(10) by being mounted on the screw part in the lower part. The structure for implant has the cover screw(20) screwed to the upper inside. The cover screw has the screwing part at the center of the inside. The screwing part is formed in the reverse direction of the screw part(21) formed in the body bottom side. The coupling threaded hole(12) of the cover screw is formed at the central part of the upper inside of the groove.
