The present invention provides an underwater heat preservation and oxygen permeable tent, which is an underwater tent made of light material and mounted with an exchanger on the top. The interior of the exchanger body is configured with several primary water intakes and adjacent secondary draining pipes. The present invention employs the bidirectional pump to pump the fresh water in the fish pond from the oxygen containing cold water intake into the exchanger body and entering the under water tent then, pumping the warm water not containing oxygen of the same quantity in the tent into the exchanger body, such that, by the cold and heat exchange theory, the stale and cold water in the underwater tent may be drained through the no-oxygen warm water drain and only the fresh and warm water will be kept in the underwater tent.
