The present invention relates to an aerator device and a method thereof, including: at least one DC pump module, at least one turbine module disposed on the DC pump module, at least one nozzle component disposed at the side of the DC pump module and connected to the DC pump module, and at least one chargeable power module disposed at one side of the DC pump module. By this way, user can use the chargeable power module to provide DC power to the DC pump module, so that the DC pump module can pump water to the nozzle component, the turbine module can pressurize the water pumped by the DC pump module, and the nozzle component can mix and eject water and air.
