PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunoglobulin preparation with excellent storage stability in dissolved state.SOLUTION: The immunoglobulin preparation contains less than 10 &mug of serum albumin contaminant per 50 mg of the immunoglobulin.
