PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant management device for promoting appropriate cultivation management by informing a user of a cultivation state corresponding to a growth environment of each plant.SOLUTION: The plant management device 1a includes a temperature detecting part 16, a humidity detecting part 17 and an illumination detecting part 18, which detect various detection values showing a state of an ambient surrounding of plants, a first memory part 11 memorizing various detection values detected by the temperature detecting part 16, the humidity detecting part 17 and the illumination detecting part 18, and a CPU 10 discriminating the presence or absence of abnormality of a plant cultivation state, and a problem tendency, based on various detection values detected by the temperature detecting part 16, the humidity detecting part 17 and the illumination detecting part 18, and previously fixed discriminant standard information.
