PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant management apparatus intended for promoting appropriate cultivation management through informing a user of a cultivation condition according to a raising environment of every plant.SOLUTION: This plant management apparatus 1a has a temperature detecting part 16, a humidity detecting part 17, and an illumination detecting part 18 which detect each kind of a detected value indicating the peripheral environment of a plant, a first memory part 11 which memorizes each kind of a detected value detected from the temperature detecting part 16, humidity detecting part 17, and illumination detecting part 18, and a CPU (Central Processing Unit) 10 which discriminates existence or nonexistence of abnormality in the cultivation condition of a plant and a problem tendency, based on each kind of a detected value detected from the temperature detecting part 16, humidity detecting part 17, and illumination detecting part 18, and previously fixed discrimination standard information.
